Great post thanks. I am sometimes disappointed when my music doesn't get much (or any) love, but I see my creativity available to others as an expression of devotion that I get to share, and even if they can't appreciate or like the form my prayers is always that they at can least contemplate the meaning, and that their thoughts be directed heavenward.

I find it also helps to have clear intentions when creating something. Sometimes it's this mismatch that leads to disappointment. Like when we create something out of the overflow for the sheer joy of creating but we expect it to perform like a viral marketing material. Like, I ask myself, am I creating this for others? for myself? just for me and God? for my business? When I know the answer, it's much easier to respond appropriately to the results :) Not sure if that made sense. Haha. But I hope it helps!
